General & Family Physician 's  Response
HELLO,
i can understand your concern. somraz l is a medication used for reducing the acid production and reflux. i would advise an upper gastro intestinal endoscopy to check for presence of ulcers or hiatue hernia. a rapid urease test is done during this procedure to look for bacteria for which antibiotics are used. based on the endoscopic findings your treatment can be planned accordingly. hope you are satisfied with the response. thanks for choosing HCM
