What Are The Side Effects Of Tamoxifen?

I have been on Tamoxifen for 8 months; severe hot flushes, broken sleep and just recently a rash? around wrists , knees ankles. 1. I have started course of acupuncture to relieve hot flushes ...........do not want to take other meds at the moment, but is the rash/heat rash connected to TX. It is not connected with a hot flush, so I think not obviously heat induced. Would I have hightened sensitivity to food allergens like chillies
