What Are The Side Effects Of Telma Tablets?

Iam a60year old woman from India.i was taking minippressxl5mg daily for the past 7to8years.Very recently I underwent surgery for right inguinal hernia.during the course of the surgery my BP shot upto 225.they controlled it by tabs.surgery was done.now Iam recuperating.i have plantar psoriasis from 2000. I was taking only sago en& somevit caps like vit A&vite. ,&folinol. Now the physician has prescribed Tema40& in the morning&minipress2.5mg in the night. My BP is from 119 to 140 systolic diastolic ranges from 69to 80 range. Will I get side effects in the long run using telma.
