General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Thyrowel acts as a dietary supplement that contains elemental zinc, folic acid, elemental iron, elemental selenium, vitamin B12 etc. It is used for underactive thyroid, iron deficiency anemia, anemia of nutritional deficiencies, vitamin B12 deficiency and many more. It may cause numbness, fatigue, hallucinations etc., as its side effects.

Other side effects of this medication are nausea, vomiting, abdominal discomfort, diarrhea or constipation, flatulence, weight gain, allergic reactions and many more. These side effects are mild and usually go away over time. But if these side effects persist for long or bother you then you should consult your doctor first for medical help. Before stop taking this medication, you should inform your doctor.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
