What Are The Side Effects Of Thyrox 75 During Pregnancy?

Hi dr. I am 28+ n jst now got to no bout my 5 weeks pregnancy..!! I am hypothyroid since Jan 2010 ..my tsh was normal in few months bt now I conceived n got 2 no dat my tsh is7.74 n t3 t4 is in normal range. My dr. Has increased my dose to thyrox75 as it was 50-75 alternate day am really afraid an wat r d side effects on d baby ..??
