What Are The Side Effects Of Thyroxine Tablets?

i am 32 yrs old women.when i was 4months pregnant doctor diagnosed as i have thyroid problem and started thyroxine sodium tablets 50mcg and dose adjusted according to my blood reports.now i had L S C S 17th february 2010 and now also i am taking 100 mcg of thyroxine tablets.i checked blood in january 2011 and doctor said my reports are not yet reached normal.i just want know how long i have to take these tablets and will affect me conceiving after 2 years.now my son is one year old.please give a reply.
