What Are The Side Effects Of Topamax?

Hello! My Dr gave me Topomax for weight loss. I m also on Wellbutrin for Depression. I have read the comments about the side effects that make you feel like you are in a fog & you can not complete sentences. She told me to take the 50mg at bedtime. I am very nervous about taking it tonight. What is the percentage of people that have the aforementioned side effects? Thank You.
