What Are The Side Effects Of Trika And Stillnoct?

my mother is taking trika 0.5 one tablet at night for the last ten years..plus stillnoct 6.25mg for the last six months for sleeplessness and anxiety.. now she complaints of many problems such as nausea, distaste for food, difficulty in swallowing, chest pain and so on.but her blood routine and urine reports are almost normal..are these side effects of these tablets ? does she stand the chance of affected with kidney failure ?
