What Are The Side Effects Of Trycylcin?

My periods have been regualr, but are fine when I am on the pill, I was on Trycylcin but stoped, but restarted 2 months ago(on my 2nd pack now on the sugar pills) but forget to take pills, usualy end up taking 2 a day then miss a day then take 2.... My breast are sore and tender, lower back hurts, very tired and I am have blood only when I wipe, don't need a pad. I was wondering what you think it could be
