What Are The Side Effects Of VB7 Forte?

hi doctor. i want to know about biotin capsule...right now i am taking VB7 FORTE (intas Pharmaceuticals) . it contain 5 mg of biotin , which means 5000 mcg of biotin, is it safe to take or not, does it have any side effects? i am taking due to hair fall. also suggest some good biotin capsules which contain 3ooo mcg of biotin. please help. thank you
