What Are The Side Effects Of Wellbutrin 150mg?

Hi, ive been taking wellbutrin 150mg for about 8 days now and ive been experiencing much of the side effects listed plus my anus is swollen shut due to pushing too hard and i think my blodd pressure has risen, but when i took it the first time ( and lost track with scheduling ) i had no problems, do you think it would be ok to stop taking this drug now?
