What Are The Side Effects Of Wysolone Wymeth 10 Mg And Faulic Acid?

Sir, My daughter age 2 years 7 monhts 10 days before her platelest decreased less than 10,000 and doctor said that this accute ITP she has to admit so we admitted in the hospital 2 days. At the time of discharge from hopsital her platelets count is 135000.
Now doctor prescribed Wysolone Wymeth 10 mg two times a day and faulic acid 1 time a day. Last 10 days we gave her same treatment.
I like to know that any side effects of these medicine and what kind of side effect.
Ans also suggest me for any other treatment which is not harmful for her.
