What Are The Side Effects Of Zincovit?

hi Dr samuel,I am a female from colombo srilanka,Aged 24.I bought "zincovit"multivitamin tablets from the pharmacy as i feel that my vitamin intake is low and i have problem skin and hair as a result.Could you please advice me on this medication?as in for how long i should use them and the side affeccts of zincovit.
