What Are The Side Effects Of Zoloft Tablets?

Hi, I have been taking zoloft for about 3 weeks now. About 4 days I was upped to 50mg. I am still very antzy, keep having panic attacks, nervous, depressed....My question is, is this normal or is it a sign of a nervous breakdown? How long until I feel better?
