What Are The Side Effects Of Zoloft,Adderall And Lamictal?

Hello, I am under some medication: zoloft, aderall, and lamactil. I've never had any reactions at all and had felt very good. I don't know if my question is at all related to these medications, but Im Just giving a background. About 3 weeks a go I started feeling numb toes, over the weekend I noticed my eye red (like small blood vessels) and today my hands are getting numb. Could this be a reaction to my medication or a more serious problem I should take a look at now or tomorrow?
