What Are The Side Effects Of Antibx?

I am a 36 year old female. Had symptoms of a UTI 7 days ago...prescribed an antibx 2 days ago. I'm on my third dose of Macrobid. The first dose turned my urine orange...the subsequent two doses did not. Is this a concern? At what point should I be getting relief of the urgency, frequency, and burning?
