What Are The Side Effects Of Antidepressant Medicines?

i'm taking medicines for mild depression under doctor's consultancy for last one month. I'm 29 years old and am working. having a one month old baby. Whether these medicines will affect my baby when i'm feeding????? and would also like to know whether any side effect will be there if i stop the course as my Doctor's advice after 3 months...because i've heard that after stopping anti depressants again people will have depression....
