Hi,
I have gone through your query & understand your concern.
In pregnancy VitaminB12 requirement increases & the dose you are taking is to treat/ prevent pernicious anemia. So don't worry about increased B12 dose. It is not harmful to the pregnancy.
-5 mg folic acid is given to each pregnant lady for preventing fetal anomalies ( neural tube defects) Multivitamin preparation having 400 micrograms excess is not likely to be harmful, specially when it is acopanied by sufficient B12 supplements.
Thanks,
