What Are The Side Effects Of Citalopram?

I can hear a clicking noise usually at night in the quiet of my bedroom - no-one else can hear it. It sounds like someone clipping a finger nail or the tick of a clock and is irregular. I am currently taking Citalopram for anxiety/stress. Could this be related. Age: 56 Height: 5 6 Weight: 10st 9lbs
