What Are The Side Effects Of Combiflam?

Is it safe to take combiflam during periods. cause i get severe pain and i cannot work also. I am married and 30years old. One of my friend told me that taking medicine can harm the pregnancy and i wont be able to conceive. I take combiflam for first day of my period. Rest all day i am fine. Please suggest is it really harmful or not.
