What Are The Side Effects Of Coversyl?

my husband is on coversyl 10mg,and sometime get a tightening feeling in his throat and upper part of chest,and he finds it hard to take a deep breath, hes has been on the tablets for about four months, and this has happened about three times. He has had it all day and is starting to ease off this evening, the last time was about three weeks ago, would this be a due to the coversyl, i would appreciate any advice you could offer, Thank you for your service
