What Are The Side Effects Of Creatine?

hi i am 26 years old and im a bodybuilder and i have number 1 diabetes and i would like to take steroid injection i have been on bodybuilding for 5 years almost from 2006 i have taken a lots of proteins shakes and others like creatine my question is there any side effects and what should i do my weight right now is 85 and im 180cm high can anyone helps me please and thanks .
