DEAR SIR, I AM A DIABETIC AND BP PATIENT FOR THE PAST 15 YEARS, MY DOCTOR HAS PRISCRIBED GLIMMER2mg,AND VIBOSE M.3 FOR SUGAR AND BENETIC 40 FOR BP.ALON WITH ECOSPRIN AV 75 FOR CHOLASTRAL , NOW THAT ALL IN CONTROL.WILL THE ECOSPRIN AV 75 HAVE ANY SIDE EFFECT?NOW I FEEL AS IF MY HEART SHIVERS,AT TIMES. PLEASE ADVICE

You are on a good prescription.
Ecosprin AV contains asprin and atorvastatin. You might be having mild cardiac disease for which you were probably kept on this tablet.
The main side effects of diabetic drugs are hypoglycemia and dyspepsia. Side effects of Ecosprin are burning in stomach, nausea and rarely headache. Statin may cause leg cramps and edema. These are minor and you may continue them.
