Here are few to mention that i could think of... they could be more though. Getting fat, Heart disease, Diarrhea from too much fat, Food poisoning, Addiction to the fat and salt, Waste of money, Lose of healthy body, Crankiness, Constant hunger (as fast food moves fast out of you).
