What Are The Side Effects Of Eating Raw Rice?
Hey I have over the past 3 months started eating raw rice in large quantities everyday. I just came to know from a friend that it is harmful to my health. I would like to know what it actually does to the body and yes I am stoppin it from today but is there anyting i can do to flush out the worms which might be already forming or formed?

Welcome to healthcare magic. Raw rice has cellulose coating which is very difficult to digest. So raw rice is very difficult to digest. Protein and other nutrients can't be absorbed. When you cook it, cellulose coating is damaged, thus better absorption of nutrients. So you should stop eating raw rice. If you don't have any symptoms,then no need to take any treatment.It will not form any worms or germs.
