What Are The Side Effects Of Emergency Contraceptive Pills?

About 3 weeks ago I started birth control. Last week I had severe breast pain and this week lower back pain, terrible cramping, headaches, dizziness, nausea and spotting. The pills are Necon 777. Should I consider switching to another brand or does it take time for my body to adjust? I cant feel like this anymore. I just feel terrible.
