What Are The Side Effects Of Emergency Contraceptive Pills?

hi i am on the pill but missed one and my last period was 27th june ive done 3 tests which have came back negative but could i still be pregnant? i had some light bleeding last week that lasted 4 days but wasnt my normal period could that be with coming off the pill?
