What Are The Side Effects Of Emergency Contraceptive Pills?

i just started junel fe birth control 3 days ago i've had leg pain in my thigh, calf and knee for about 5 days that's gotten worse, i was scared of blood clots and such, and don't know if it's anxiety or what since i am kind of a worrier,I am often cold and think i have poor circulation to begin with. I am also an avid walker and wonder if i could've pulled something. I was wondering what the symptoms of a blood clot would be and if i am at risk.
