What Are The Side Effects Of Excessive Masturbation?

I am 21 and masturbating from past 5 years usually 2 times a day. But from past 1 year I have got very small small acnes on my penis they are slightly whitish in colour they are painful on touching the forehead of penis and they are not painful normally except touching the forehead during erected state even they are not painful during hand job except the skin is not on forehead and the forehead of penis may be rubbed by hand or something else during masturbation or erected state.? Plz tell me some cure of these acnes?
