sir, am 23 year boy,healthy.70kgs,i used to watch porn twice or thrice a week and manturbate 3 to 4 times a week.every time i mansturbate there was no problm till nw.but last time wen i ws mansturbating i ws in full zoom n started to jerk very hard n ws hitting th testicles very hard,n wen it came out after the sperm came litle blood came out ,there was no pain or burning sensation,am feared tht something is wrong or wat,after 2-3 days am heal n healthy.is it common or there ny problm.plzz help me out of this problm.

Hi,

I can understand your concern for your symptoms,
no need to worry it can be simple issue
1. injury - having very hard masturbation would have caused pain and bleeding, giving your penis rest for a week or 2 will be a good idea.
2. infection - many reasons for infection, common is a fungal infection, can be from the common toilet, or unhygienic sex practices.
3.dryness during masturbation can cause injury and bleed, proper lubrication before masturbation. Use of Ky gel.

Rare causes
1.     Epididymitis
2.     Kidney stones
3.     Urinary tract infection (UTI)
4.     Any previous surgical procedure
5.     Benign or malignant lesion.

Need to meet a urologist if your symptoms persist.
