Hi.. fertyl m used for induction of ovulation has the following side effects.. It can cause headache, nausea, vomiting, hot flushes, visual disturbnaces like blurring of vision, double vision, visual field defects, floaters in the eyes. It also can cause dizziness, hair loss, fatiguability, constipation,  diarrhoea and so on.. Apart from these it can lead to multiple pregnancy and abnormal pregnancy..
