What Are The Side Effects Of Having Streptoquin And Nifunal In Child?

Hi I have just got back from Egypt early this morning, while we where there my 9 year old daughter had diarrohea and was prescribed Streptoquin and Nifunal, I am a bit concerned as I have just googled Streptoquin and see there are side effects, should I be worried and should I take her to see her GP? Thank you
