What Are The Side Effects Of Having Double Uterus During Pregnancy?

Hi, i am 27 years old, somedays back i had undergone HSG,by that i got to know that i hav double uterus(uterus didelphys-unicolis) and by ovulation study got to know that less ovum growth bcoz of this my period wil be late for 10to12days a month,now doctor gave fertibex and hemetite b12tablets fir pregnency, does this fertibex helps fir ovum growth also? And what are the effects if this double uterus after pregnency?
