What Are The Side Effects Of Implanting Dent In The Hip?

I resently got a dent in my hip. after workingin the garden .. It is about 3 inches rount and circular and slopes in to about 3/4 inch deep in the center.. and pain radiates through the hip after a long day of working... I am a 43 year old female with no children and in good health
