What Are The Side Effects Of Infracolic Omentectomy?
I have recently undergone surgery for the removal of a large ovarian tumor which has now been confirmed as benign. I underwent an infracolic omenectomy and Retroperitoneal Lymph Node Dissection . What are the implications/ side effects (if any) of these procedures. The surgery was performed using the Da Vici Si 4 arm robot.

Well, omentum is made of fatty tissue and this is not required for any specific function in our body so there are no consequnces, lymph nodes as well, so if surgery went well, you dont have to worry it is important that cancer is out.
