What Are The Side Effects Of Long Term Usage Of Jalra Tablet?

sir, I am a patient of diabetic type for the last 2 years . When detected first time it was 342 random. My doctor prescribed me Jalra 50/500mg,and I am taking this medicine twice a day.It has significantly reduced my blood sugar level ,between 85-100,fasting and 121-130 after meal.doctor has advised me to continue the medicine.Is jalra safe ,does it has any side effect .please inform.I would also like to inform you that I do Yoga and Pranayam for one and half hour daily and fast walking for 45 mts daily. My age at prsent is 53 years and I am a gov.servant. My father is also suffering from diabeties Manoj kumar jha ( YYYY@YYYY )

Hello there,
Jalra is safe and is a part of a standard set of drug doses that we prescribe to control diabetes. Apart from mild stomach discomfort in the beginning there are no long term side effects. Do check your blood glucose levels once a month if you have a Diabetes testing kit at home. As far as it stays within normal limits fasting
