What Are The Side Effects Of Long Time Usage Of Wysolone?

hi i am advised 20mg wysolone for 1 week and a tapering dose of 10mg for 1 month for alopecia. i have once consumed wysolone 60mg 10yrs back and have had side effects. I do not want to put on weight or become immunocompromised as i have also suffered from tuberculosis after my last steroid therapy.....kindly advice the ill effects if i consume wysolone for 1 month. Thank you
