What Are The Side Effects Of Medication For Menstruation Regularization?

Hi.... im a female of 25yrs old,Single... i have problem with my periods from past 5mths its not going on..... 2mths back dr.. gave me tablets to get my period after using those i period was done.. after that it was not done yet crossed 2mths again..... Rite now im using Ginette 35 tablets.. can u let me know what are the side effects caused during this treatment.. Does this problem can effect health conditions. Kindly suggest plz.................
