What Are The Side Effects Of Melacare?

Hi,
I was looking for melacare side effect. and i found that most of the people online are suggesting to not to use melacare as the skin get worst when you stop using it.
Is correct? I have started using it just for two days and now i am in bit doubt whether should continue or not.

My color is alread dark and i don't want to take any risk.

Please suggest
