What Are The Side Effects Of Microgynon 30 Pill?

Hi, yesterday (monday) I took my microgynon 30 pill at the usual time 10am. I was sick (alcohol related( at 5.30am this morning (tuesday morning). I then took tuesday s standard pill at 3pm instead of 10am as I left it at home and was out at the time. As I vomited approximately 19hrs after monday s morning pill, and took tuesday s pill at 3pm after I vomited in the early morning - am i safe to have unprotected sex from today onwards?
