What Are The Side Effects Of Mirena IUC?

I had four different brand hpt tests from four different stores and two different cities to ensure that I was not getting the same lot. All came back positive. I have mirena IUC for almost three years. Breast feeding has been complete for more than a year but now since +hpts started leaking droplets after minimal manipulation of breasts in non-arousal manner. I have recently been reactive to bandaids, stitches and not healing properly from procedures (which is new for me). Is this all inter-related? Possibility of Immune system abnormality causing all? Serum quant and qual done in clinic both negative. My gut says get ultra sound.
