What Are The Side Effects Of Mirena?

Hi im 26 yrs old and have 1 child.. i had a miscarriage in feb and had the mirena put in afterwards.. i have been having harsh pinching cramps more so on my lower rightside that stay continuous, also have had nausea and smelly blood and whitish discharge.. im worried the mirena may have slipped out of place and i have a tubal pregnancy or some type of infection.. please help.. steff
