What Are The Side Effects Of Norethisterone On Pregnancy?

hi.iam 42 yaers old and iam pregnant or i think iam pregnant.and the dpctors said me know during this pregnancy i have cyst in vagina and prescibe me also norethisteron.if i take this drug have any side effect on me and on baby?and may be cause the abortion of baby? thank you
