What Are The Side Effects Of Novelon?

Suffering from PCOD, I was prescribed Novelon for both regularizing periods and birth control. I ve taken it for 3 months now, where the periods came in timely. This month I seem to have missed the period (or atleast it hasnt come at the same time that it did last 3 months). Are there chances that I could be pregnant, even though I have taken all the pills timely, have used protection, and did not experience any side effects? Also , can I continue my next course of Novelon at the stipulated time?
