What Are The Side Effects Of Omnacortil And Hydrocortisone Bytyrate?

I started getting Vitiligo traces on neck, hand and lower legs a year ago. I am 66. No family history. I am taking 5 mg 4 tablets of Omnacortil twice a week. I also take eltroxin 25 mcg daily and apply hydrocortisone bytyrate cream on vitiligo traces. I get itching and burning sentation on my scalp regularly and sometimes elsewhere as well. PLease advise.
