What Are The Side Effects Of Overdosage Of Panadols?

I overdosed on panadols 2 days ago (Tuesday). I took 24 panadols under 10 minutes due to family problems.
My friend took me to a hospital straight away she found out I overdosed and I got admitted to the hospital on Tuesday & got discharged on Thursday, the doctors put something in me that made me vomit so I vomited about 15 times in one day & then I was connected to some liquid which gave me an allergy reaction, I started getting itchy all over my face & my hair & my face (ESP my lips) started swelling up. So they removed that thing off me and they got me connected to something else, that made me stay at the hospital for longer till all the liquid got inside me. They checked my blood pressure, my heart, my lungs, my pulse & they said it's all fine ! I got home today (thursday) and I Stayed in the toilet for 1 hour, my poop Wasn't coming out.
Will i remain fine forever or am i going to get affected later on?

I have gone through your query.Most main danger of paracetamol poisoning is acute Liver failure.You have survived that with timely proper treatment.So you dont need to worry about that.The constipation can be due to the charcoal used in treatment.It will clear up soon.Dont take decision like ending life.Everything has solution.Ending life is not a solution for anything.Hope this may help you.
