What Are The Side Effects Of Pantoplex?

I am taking pantoplex for last 15 days with a doctor"s advice as i have a bone growth in my ankle.before taking this tab , I was feeling very tired although I was taking calcium & vitamin b complex regularly.I am a 50 years old lady , started menopause recently.Is there ant side effect of this pantoplex ? Is there any steroid? I am taking only 1 tab per day now & feeling very fit.
