What Are The Side Effects Of Phenphedrine?

hello, I'm trying to loose 45 pounds and thus decided to buy diet pills. the diet pills that i bought are called phenphedrine. I took one one the first day of my diet and two more on the next day.....during those three days i experienced symptoms unusual to my body because i am generally a very healthy person. Each pill contains 250mg of Dicaffeine Malate. My symptoms have been chest pain, especially on the left side, and breathing pains on occasion. My throat feels like it has closed up but this worries me because some of these symptoms were experience when i stoped the pills the next day because i only took them for two days.....what should i do?
