What Are The Side Effects Of Prolonged Usage Of Ganaton Total And Pankreoflat Tablets?

i have been advised to take one tablet of ganaton total in the morning empty stomach and one tablet of pankreoflat after lunch and dinner and the same are being taken for the last four years to treat the ulcer. please let me know the side effects for the continued useage of these medicines
