What Are The Side Effects Of Prolonged Usage Of Flutivate Cream?

Hi Doctor, I have a tanned and dark skin but after using Flutivate cream, my skin stared glowing and tanned is removed. I am using the cream since long. Please suggest me is there any harm if I continue to use it. And please suggest me how can which cream is best to use to fair my skin and glowing.Thanks in advance

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain Flutivate cream contains Fluticasone that is a Steroid and initially it can give good results by doing depigmentation..
But long term use of Steroid based cream can have deleterious effects on skin like thinning of skin, rashes, pimples, dilatation of veins under skin and overgrown hairs on face..
I would suggest you to stop the use of Steroid cream and can start using Creams containing Kojic Acid, Glycolic acid and arbutin..
Use Vitamin E gel..
You can also exfoliate your skin twice a week..
Limit sun exposure and apply sunscreen lotion when exposed to sun.
